Incorporated in 2005, Curvy Girl LLC is a
lifestyle company catering to plus
size women. Curvy Girl's first venture was
http://www.curvygirlclothing.com, an
online boutique taking the plus size fashion
industry by storm. We offer fashion
forward trendy styles, in plus sizes (12+). Our
flagship retail store opened in
Portland, OR in November 2007!

Guidelines For
Approval
We encourage all interested sites to apply
to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we
will need to approve your site. We will evaluate your application in
good faith and will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We
reserve the right to reject your application if we determine your site
is unsuitable. An unsuitable site includes, but is not limited to:- Websites that are unavailable or are under construction
- Aesthetically unpleasing Websites
- Websites that infringe trademark rights of ours or any third
party or otherwise violate the rights of any third party
- Websites that contain in our sole judgment material that is
defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to us or any third party
- Websites with hate/violent/offensive content
- Websites containing sexually explicit materials
- Websites promoting tobacco, alcoholic beverages or excessive
drinking/drug use
- Websites promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Websites containing extreme religious content
- Gambling or lottery Web sites
- Political Web sites that endorse one party or extremism
- International sites (with a majority of visitors based OUTSIDE
the US. or written in a foreign language)
- Web site domain names that contain Curvy Girl Clothing or any
variation there of
- The affiliate's website URL could be considered “cyber
squatting”
Note:
Your social security number/Business
tax ID #/VAT # is optional; however, when your commissions exceed
$500.00 USD, we will not be able to send any payments without your SSN
on file (USA affiliates only). You can send your SSN at a later date if
you prefer. Since the social security #/tax ID/VAT # field
is required, you can enter all zeroes if you do not wish to provide this
information at this time.
Please note these are only general guidelines, and we reserve the
right to remove any affiliate at any time.
Please note that while we try to respond to approval requests quickly,
we receive a high volume of approval requests every day. For this
reason, you may not hear from us immediately. If you do not receive a
response regarding your approval status within 72 hours, please let us
know by emailing us atinfo@curvygirlclothing.comwith AFFILIATE REQUEST as the subject
line.

up form, you do not need a signature on the affiliate agreement as
this electronic consent replaces your written consent. If you
require a countersigned affiliate document, we will happily provide
one to you after you have mailed or faxed a printed and signed copy
