First and
foremost: You're perfect. :) I offer this
service not because you need improvement, but
because your photo does. This service is for
someone who wants to take a good photo and make
it a fantastic one. You may be a plus model
(or prospective one) looking to have the best
portfolio possible. Maybe you have a large
membership base of people who pay for access to
your photos and you want to offer your customers
the best product (your photos) possible.
Do you have
that almost perfect photo that you want to use
(for whatever reason), but your hair is flying
all over the place, there is something (or
someone) in it that you want removed, or you
have a huge pimple, or...dare I say, your double
chin is showing?!?!?! Perhaps the sky was gray
on your wedding day and you'd like to have a
photo where it is clear and blue. Believe it
or not, most (if not all) of that can be
digitally altered.

quote. For retouching work, assume the

One image - Extensive
Retouching
$40.00 (average) and up -
Major retouching includes
facial or body
reconstruction...

Minor Adjustments
- One image
$25.00 - Assume this will be
your rate if you only need
things like your skin tone
changed, or under eye
bags removed... If no
'major' reconstruction is
necessary, then you will be
charged this rate.

Payment:
50%
of your total bill must be paid prior to
work being started
. This is
non-refundable.

After
retouching is complete, I'll e-mail an
image proof for your approval. The
remaining balance (non refundable) must
be paid before the final retouched image
(sans watermark) is sent to you (via CD,
FTP upload, Skype or e-mail.

| Other
considerations: Image
Quality: Please
understand that if you send me an image
that is less than 300dpi, the end result
will be compromised in regards to image
quality and crispness. I can work with
images with below this number (I
specialize in low resolution 'candid'
shots) and will make you aware of what
you can anticipate, quality wise, based
on the images you provide me. Assume
that any picture that 5x7 or larger can
be saved at 200-300dpi. Any image that
is smaller than 5x7 should be saved at
400dpi. Please
note: IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON USING THIS
PICTURE FOR YOUR MODELING PORTFOLIO, be
sure that the image is at least 300
dpi. Your agency (or potential agency)
will not accept pictures that are lower
in resolution than this, so keep that in
mind when talking to photographers about
your photo shoot. |
| Copyrighted Photos: I do all
re-touch work on photos that you own. I
cannot re-touch photos in which you do
not own or have permission to use.
Should you submit professional photos
for retouch, please send a copy of the
studio/photographer's signed release as
well. If you don't have one, just
ask... Most photographers are willing
to submit their photos for retouch
services. |
