1. Copy of current business license.

2. Copy of current resale number, Tax ID number, or letter from your banking institution.

3. Business contact information - address, phone number, fax, url, contact name, etc...

4. Picture of storefront ~ or ~ link to your website.  Businesses located in the USA who are eBay-only will not be considered at this time*.  In addition to the above, please let us know:  how long you have been in business, your price points (budget, moderate, high-end), as well as how you heard about Curvy Girl Clothing.          

*International eBay-only businesses using PayPal for payments will only be accepted if you have a fully confirmed address.  We will only ship USPS Global Priority (if your country scans Priority packages) or Global Priority Express when using PayPal as payment method.  Money Orders and Western Union payments could be used in lieu of PayPal if you want to use a cheaper shipping method, but keep in mind that delivery times will increase (sometimes significantly). Items will not clear until payment has cleared our bank.  All prices listed in USD, including wholesale prices.

Our minimums are normally as follows:

~ 1x thru 3x (4x,5x or 6x) Items - 2 2 2 (2 2 2) per style                                                                             

 14w-24w Items -  1 1 1 1 1 1 per style                           

Accessories only order - minimum is $75.00 USD wholesale

~ Please contact us for custom requests, or if you have any questions about these minimums.    Once an initial purchase is made for a particular style, you may reorder "e;broken"e; sizes of that style (ie, just one or two pieces), but a $5 fee will be assessed (per garment) to do so.

~ 1x Promo-Pack pricing - We have found that when it comes to inventory, certain sizes sell much faster than others. Because of the number of 1x items we end up stocking long after other sizes of the same style have sold out, we have decided to offer PROMO PACK PRICING on this tag size for certain styles.  Items will be noted in the description if they qualify for this special pricing.  As long as you spend $300+ USD (on qualifying 1x items), you will get wholesale pricing for these items.  Contact info@curvygirlclothing.com for more details.  Please put PROMO PACK in the subject line.
